47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed card board lining the beverage cooler located just on the other side of the walk in cooler. Instructed to remove card board and provide lining that is easy to clean and maintain.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed the shelving units holding the bottled beverages and cold hold units across from beverages with a light accumulation of dust from new lighting being put in. Instructed to clean and maintain all areas.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed utility sink in the prep area without a backflow prevention device. Instructed to provide and maintain.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed a clutter build up of old shelving, milk crates and soda crates in the rear area near the dumpster. Instructed to remove and maintain a good clean area as a means of preventing possible pest and insect harboring.
