- comments: observed no clean up supplies on the premises to respond to a vomit or diarrheal event. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005.

- comments: observed tamales and flautas that were prepared in the home of the certified food manager stored inside of the basement chest freezer and prep cooler. Management instructed that no foods prepared at home can be sold in the store. All food must be from a licensed source. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed the pest control log book not maintained. The last pest inspection in the log book was dated from 2020. Management instructed that a minimum of 2 pest control inspections are required each year. Management instructed to provide a recent pest control inspection report. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(c). Citation issued.
