Instructed manager to provide 100f-120f at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed hot water above maximum temperature of 120f at hand washing sinks in basement women washroom (125. 2f) and basement men washroom (125. 1f). Instructed manager to repair and maintain water temperature 100-120f at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)
