- comments: observed accumulated black dirt build up inside ice machine (basement ice machine)dripping into ice, ice used for human consumption. Instructed manager must clean interior of ice machine by date of reinspection. Ice inside said ice machine was voluntarily discarded. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

- comments: no thermometer inside reach in cooler adjacent to bar. Must provide a working thermometer inside cooler.

- comments: observed ice build up inside salsa reach in 2-door cooler. Must remove ice build up inside said cooler and maintain.
