Brunch Illness: Vomit, Diarrhea - First Watch, Scottsdale Arizona

Ate trail blazer(sweet potato, avocado, arugula, turkey) and drank morning meditation drink at noon on March 6. Explosive vomiting hour later and diarrhea all night along with stomach cramps. Terrible night! Had to catch plane in p.m. on March 7. Still weak for two days after from experience.
The plate included an egg which I ate along with the already mentioned arugula, sweet potato, avocado with seeds. Barely touched the roasted turkey but drank all the Meditation drink with o.j., lemon, beet juice, agave, turmeric. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
