- comments: observed grease trap attached to three compartment sink to be overflowing when water is released from sink. Grease trap is emitting foul smelling odor at this time. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-025 (citation issued)

- comments: observed accumulated food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment and reach in coolers throughout. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
