- comments: observed approx. 30 small flying insects on the walls and boxes of stock in the produce prep and storage area. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: resurface or replace the stained and scored cutting board in the produce prep area.

- comments: clean the prep tables and prep coolers behind the deli and hot food prep area.
