- comments: observed no access to handwashing sink for dishwashing area containing 3 compartment sink and low temperature dish machine. Install handwashing sink with hot and cold running water soap and paper towels. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed no handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks. Instructed to obtain and post at all handwashing sinks.

- comments: observed the following tcs cold foods held at improper temperature requirement during storage inside prep cooler (air temperature of 57. 9) chicken at 60. 8f, pork at 53. 4f, eggs at 75. 7f, mushrooms at 74. 10f, cooked noodles at 56. 6f, bean sprouts at 57. 3f. Instructed manager, tcs cold foods must be held at 41f or below. Manager discarded the said food products. Total weight 20 lbs, total value $1,000. 00. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: found prep cooler (in the kitchen) with tcs foods not maintaining proper temperature. With an air temperature of 57. 9f. Instructed manager to repair. Coolers with tcs foods must maintain cold holding temperature of 41. 0f or below. Prep cooler is tagged 'held for inspection'. Instructed not to use until repaired (see comments below). Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed no visible thermometers in all coolers in establishment. Instructed to provide visible thermometers in all coolers.

- comments: observed food items in large and small food grade storage containers not labeled with common name. Instructed label all items in storage containers with common name.

- comments: observed opening in between base of double front entrace doors and bottom of rear exit door. Instructed to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.

Instructed to clean shelves and maintain in good condition.

- comments: observed stained ceiling tiles on second floor in beverage storage room. Instructed to replace ceiling tiles.

- comments: observed filters in hood with grease and dust buildup. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed no proof of food handler training on premises. Instructed to obtain food handler training for all employees and maintain proof of training on premises at all times.

- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected from inspection report #2559288 dated 6/14/2022: #39- 3-307. 11: observed splash guard needed on far left compartment of 3 compartment sink to protect adjacent rice cooker. Install smooth easily cleanable splash guard and maintain. #55- 6-501. 114: continue to clean and organize second floor storage room keeping all items up off floor and away from walls to deter any pest harborage. Get rid of any unecessary items as needed. #58- 2-102. 13: observed all certified food managers need to show proof of allergen training. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued
