I had dinner at about 5:00 9-17-19. Ate sauteed shrimp with onions and green peppers, crab rangoon, fried rice, egg roll, dumplings, chilled shrimp, and a chicken wing. I only ate a little bit of the chicken wing, as it tasted off, and the bones were very dark.
Around 10pm, I started with diarrhea, nausea, and a headache with fever. It is now 9-18-19, 11:30am, and I am still feeling ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
