- comments: observed 10 mice droppings scattered on the floor in the dry storage area in the corner, 10 mice droppings scattered on the bottom shelf under the prep station on the line. Instructed to remove and detail clean areas. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-00(a).

- comments: observed wiping clothes laying around on the prep table. Must properly store when not in use in sanitizing solution.

- comments: observed the interior and exterior of the coolers and freezers dirty. Must detail clean and maintain. Also clean and maintain prep tables, dry storage shelving and the inside of the walk in cooler.

- comments: must detail clean the floors,walls and ceiling through out to remove spills,debris, grease and food splatter.
