- comments: observed the front door with a 1/2' gap along the bottom of the door. Management instructed to rodent proof all outer openings.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from report #236672 on 3/26/20 not corrected: 49 - clean the grease and food debris on the prep tables, 3 compartment sink, cooking equipment, prep coolers, steam table throughout the premises. 53 - must provide a covered waste receptacle in both washrooms. 55 - clean the floor throughout the prep area and rear storage area. Clean the grease on the walls of the food prep area. 58 - observed the certified food manager without an allergen training certificate. Management instructed that all certified food managers must have an allergen training certificate. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.

64. Public health orders
- comments: observed no written record on the premises describing the protocol for checking proof of vaccination in public places. Management instructed to provide and maintain.
