- comments: observed handsinks located in first floor boys and girls' toilet room at improper temperatures, noted temperatures ranging between 72-74f. Noted handsink in all-gender toilet room across from dining room 106e handsink temperature @72. 9f. Noted girls toilet room 2nd floor handsink temperature @ 71f. Instructed to provide hot water at all hands at a minimum temperature of 100f as required. Priority violation. #7-38-030 (c). No citation issued.
22. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed 4 lbs of sliced deli meat stored inside the walk-in cooler at improper temperatures during the time of inspection. Noted temperatures between 46. 8-49. 0f. Instructed to hold all tcs foods @ 41f or below at all times. Noted walk-in cooling unit at required temperature. Priority violation. 7-38-005. No citation issued. Person in charge voluntarily discarded said food item.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on premie during the time of inspection. Noted approx 25 small rodent droppings on floor in teachers lounge behind letter stamp desk near window and in office spaces near bait boxes. Instructed to remove, clean, and sanitize. Must eliminate pest activity.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed handsink located in prep area. Slow draining. Instructed to repair and maintain in good condition.
