I cannot tell for absolute certainty but the ingredients for our Mexican dinner were all bought at Giant in Upper Allen Twp, PA. The meal consisted of ground hamburger, lettuce, guacamole, sour acream, salsa and corn chips. We started eating at about 8:00. Just before I went to bed at 11:30 I got an incredible hot feeling in my body that went away soon thereafter. Then at 4:00 AM I had nausea that quickly turned into vomiting. I vomited off and on for about an hour and later about 7:00 I had a few sips of water that I also threw p about 10 minutes later. I also ate raspberries from the same store at the same meal. I recovered by about 9:00 AM the next morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
