- comments: observed a dish washer loading soiled dishes in dish machine then wiping hands with soiled towel and then picking up clean dishes after. Instructed manager to have employees wash hands when required. Priority violation 7-38-010.

- comments: ice scoop place in ice bin above ice cubes, instructed to keep off cubes.
