- comments: observed the handwashing sink next to the 3 compartment sink area to be leaking from pipe below when in use, causing water to drip onto floor. Instructed manager to service handwashing sink and maintain in good repair.

- comments: observed baseboard along wall behind grill and shelves in back directly across from 3 compartment sink to be damaged and not easily cleanable. Baseboard has holes and gaps along the floor. Instructed to repair or replace with a smooth and easily cleanable surface.
