5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed establishment missing some vomit and diarrhea clean up items. Instructed must have all clean up items as outlined in clean up policy on premises. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

44. Utensils, equipment & linens: properly stored, dried, & handled
- comments: observed meat cleaver improperly stored between prep area table top and exterior of walk in cooler. Instructed manager must properly store meat cleaver/cutting equipment in clean container or knife rack.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed accumulated food debris inside prep area reach in coolers, around door hindges, door gaskets and upper portion of cooler. Instructed manager must detail clean and maintain interior of prep area reach in cooler.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed food debris/dust build up on walls throughout prep and dishwash area. Must clean walls and maintain.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: the following previous core violations from report #2352439 dated on 11/27/19 not corrected-#55 clean floor under and around the storage and cooking equipment and #58 observed one allergen certificate missing. Need to provide all city of chicago sanitation certificate managers. Instructed manager the above previous core violations must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
