Inspectors found significant food safety violations during the inspection. Cold foods that require temperature control were being held above the required temperature, including chicken at 60°F and shredded lettuce at 47°F. The manager discarded 10 pounds of chicken and 5 pounds of shredded lettuce, and a citation was issued.

Inspectors also found a cooler holding at 49°F, which is too warm for safe cold storage, and a technician arrived to service it. Pest-related violations were also noted, including more than 20 rodent droppings near the mop sink area and more than 20 small flies throughout the facility. Citations were issued for these significant violations.
