- comments: observed beef thawing in standing water inside 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to properly thaw food under cold running water, refrigeration or part of cooking process.

- comments: observed 1/4' gap on bottom left corner of front entrance door. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on door to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor in prep area. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed garbage bags and grocery bags used for food storage in reach-in freezer. Instructed manager to remove food from all garbage and grocery bags and provide proper food storage bags or containers for food storage.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2577147 on 6-12-23:38-observed gaps along bottom of dry food storage door. Must make doors tight fitting. 39-must provide a splash guard on both sides of front prep area hand sinks next to prep table and cart to prevent cross contamination. 51-must repair or replace leaky cold water faucet at front hand sink, slow drain at middle prep area sink. 51-observed no backflow device on ice machine must install to be seen for servicing. 55-must scrape and paint chipping paint on walls throughout all prep & dish washing areas. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
