Suspected source: I ate some fried fish, fried shrimp chicken Alfredo, Spanish rice, chicken enchiladas and strawberry cheesecake with Pepsi
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Additional information: I've never had food poison before need to know if this is it, me and my friend both at there today and are now both having these symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
