- comments: observed multplie precooked food items inside the walk in cooler not properly cover to prevent possible contamination. Instructed manager to provide and maintain.

- comments: must eliminate grocery bags used for food storage and provide food grade bags.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: must clean the interior of the reach in coolers and freezer, shelving inside the walk in cooler and the exterior of the bulk storage container and container holding spices for food at the cooking station.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: must clean the fixtures the washroom to remove debris.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need cleaning through out to remove spills, debris and/or grease.
