- comments: must not store clean cutting board on the back-splash of the three compartment sink. Relocate said item to minimize source of condamination

- comments: observed interior of microwave with food splatters. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: rusted shelves inside reach-in cooler, also at base of prep table. Repair cause. Surface must be easily cleanable. Remove ice build-up at interior of rubber gasket at two door reach-in cooler potatoes slicer mounted on wall above the three compartment sink at small storage area must be relocated.
