- comments: 6-301. 14 observed hand washing signs are needed at the hand washing sinks in the meat and vegetable prep food prep areas and in the toilet rooms. Instructed to provide.

- comments: 4-602. 11 observed stained cutting boards with deep dark grooves in the meat butcher prep area. Instructed to remove stains and dark grooves or replace cutting boards.

36. Thermometers provided & accurate
- comments: 4-302. 12 observed no metal stem thermometer on site to properly take temperatures of tcs foods. Instructed to provide at all times. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-005.

- comments: 4-601. 11(c) observed accumulated meat debris on the meat slicers. Instructed to clean and sanitize.

- comments: 5-205. 15 observed the water knob in poor repair at the vegetable prep hand washing sink. Instructed to repair.
