- comments: observed no city of chicago certified food manager on the premises while tcs foods (coffee with milk, sandwiches) are being prepared and served. Management instructed that a certified food manager must be present at all times while tcs foods are being prepared and served. Priority foundation 7-38-012. Citation issued.

- comments: detail clean the bottom of the 1 door prep cooler in the office/storage room.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations were not corrected from report #2356517 on 1/10/20: 51 - backflow prevention devices not located at ice machine and cappuccino/espresso machine. Must install backflow prevention devices or air gap between the water supply inlet and the unit so it may be located to be serviced and maintained. 56 - observed that light bulbs over food prep area are not shatterproof or shielded. Must provide and maintain. Priority foundation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
