- comments: observed 20 mice droppings scattered on the floor in the rear underneath the dry storage rack. Also noted 20 mice droppings scatter on the bottom shelf of the grill. Instructed manager to remove and detail clean affected areas. Also call pest control for service. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) issued.

- comments: observed a few deep freezer lids in poor repair. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: must detail clean the interior top of the prep service cooler. Defrost and clean the interior of the deep freezer to remove ice build up and debris.

- comments: floors need detail cleaning through out, especially where droppings were noted. Also clean the walls in the rear and front areas to remove debris (dust, food splatter and webbs).
