- comments: found heavy ice build up inside the glass top chest freezer. Must defrost, clean, and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle for proper disposal of sanitary napkins in stalls of women's washroom. Instructed to provide covered waste receptacles.

- comments: observed a layer of dirt covering the walls and floors in the dish room. Instructed to clean the walls and floors inside the dish room and maintain them.
