- comments: noted no employee health policy on-site at the time of inspection following the new code and guidelines. Instructed to have verification of policy for each employee one on site at all times. Priority foundation #7-38-010. No citation issued today

35. Approved thawing methods used
- comments: noted shrimp and chicken in water inside container in the 3 compartment sink thawing. Manager stated that the shrimp was defrosting. Discussed with management the different methods of defrosting food:- either under cold running water or inside the refrigeration unit. Product temperature was adequate at the time

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: noted no sanitizer test strip kit on-site at the time of inspection. Instructed to have a test strip kit on-site at all times to monitor the strength of the sanitizer properly. Priority foundation. Violation #7-38-005. Citation issued.

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: noted leaking faucet at the 3 compartment and slow water drain at the bathroom hand wash sink. Instructed to repair the faucet and the slow drain and maintain.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: noted washroom on-premise with garbage receptacle and no lid. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women washrooms and unisex washrooms

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: noted multiple holes and openings on the floor and walls at the rear. Instructed to seal all holes and openings to prevent entry places for pests.
