Report date: Mar 3, 202222. Proper cold holding temperatures
- comments: observed tiki masala sauce out on counter adjacent to stove in food preparation area. Sauces were found at 58f and contained time/temperature controlled foods including cooked onions and yogurt. Sauces were voluntarily discarded. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed rice cooker next to exposed hand sink. Must install smooth easily cleanable splash guard on left side of sink and maintain.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed dirty wiping cloths on counters. Must store wiping cloths in sanitizer when not in use.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed in use utensils stored in room temperaure water. In use utensils should remain within the product or in a clean dry container and switched or washed rinsed and sanitized every 4 hours.
