- comments: must provide hand washing signs at hand sinks in all boy's & girl's toilet rooms and pre-k 116 classroom sink.

- comments: must provide a thermometer for hot holding unit.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 75 or more mice droppings in dry food storage area-in a large container on shelving unit and on floor under shelving units. Kitchen-on electrical pipe,on lower shelf of 1- compartment sink. Lunchroom-on floor next to vending machine. Pre-k room 116-in closet on floor in between clutter,on shelf in art area,cubbies,underneath radiator,under & next to staircase. Pre-k room 117-wall closet,library area & desk. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/27/23. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must provide garbage cans with lids in all girl's toilet rooms.
