Observed no hot running water at hand washing sink in second floor teacher washroom. Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks

- comments: observed over 50 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in pre-k closet 116, 10 mice droppings scattered on floor between bulk containers in pre-k closet across from room 116, 10 mice droppings scattered on floor along file cabinet in kitchen and along walls in lunchroom. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed 1/4' gap under right door at north exit near gym. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on door to prevent pest entry.

- comments: observed debris and spills on ground around dumpsters in outside garbage area. Instructed manager to cleana and maintain.

- comments: observed clutter in pre-k storage closets. Instructed manager to elevate all items six inches off floor and store items six inches away from walls for easy cleaning and pest control.

(north) boy's & south girl's. 55-must repair or replace damaged and missing wall bases in pre-k room 116 & 117,lunchroom- has a hole in wall near vending machine and damaged walls. Must scrape and paint chipping paint on walls at hand sink in kitchen, pre-k 117, dry food storage area and lunchroom. Priority foundation 7-42-090
