- comments: found no hot water at the handwash sinks inside the girls 2nd and 3rd floor restrooms; water temperatures ranging at 73f-78f. Management instructed to repair and maintain all handwashing sinks with a hot water temperature between 100-120f. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: found ice build up inside the milk cooler located in the dining area. Instructed management to defrost, remove ice, and clean. Found old food spills inside the bottom of the 2-door cooler in the dish room. Instructed management to clean.

- comments: observed a food handling employee without a food handler certificate. Management instructed that all employees must show a valid proof of training.
