Buffet Hygiene Issues Suspected - Hotel, Guanacaste Province

Several serious health issues at the Westin Reserva Conchal:
1. Food handling and hygiene at the Mitra Buffet - I observed egg and cream based sauces sitting out next to very hot meat heating stations. They had separated with an oil layer on top. Also the meat stations did not have any visible temperature control. Fruit trays were hot and sitting in water.
2. Bamboo restaurant served cold gyoza with raw meat inside
