Multiple members of my family have all been experiencing severe nausea, vomiting diarrhea. Many of them have even tested positive for salmonella and e.coli. The hotel preaches about hygiene. Would not allow me to feed my infant daughter near the pool however nearly half their hotel was infected due to their lack of hygiene. No one wore gloves when handling the food. It was truly disgraceful given how much money it costs to stay there! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We just arrived home yesterday after a week there and two of my kids were so sick for 4 of our 7 days. We are headed to the hospital today. They each lost over 15 lbs, daughter has had a 102 fever, vomiting, diarreaha. I am now sick as a dog with fever and diarreaha. So sad…it was such an expensive huge trip for us celebrating my sons high school graduation. I am de I stated and so sick.
Also….we took the kids to the clinic on site twice and paid over 2 k. The Dr was so Incredibly nasty. She said there is no way it was food poisoning even though there was a line of people outside vomiting. She said if the kids were following her orders (eating rice and bananas, etc) they would be better. They did everything she told them including taking the 6+medications she gave them. The treatment we received from her was unreal. When I went to her late at night because my daughter was not getting better and could barely move she said “I don’t think you trust me so I don’t feel comfortable treating her again. Maybe you should take her to the hospital if you think it will be better.” I chose not to. I was scared. Later that night I brought my daughter to the clinic in a panic (daughter is 21) asking for an IV or shot. She was super rude but did it. Then she asked me to write on a piece of paper that I refused to take my daughter to the hospital when I was told to. What in the world?! I refused to write that. Clearly she was covering her butt. We plan to hire attorneys.

Did you find an attorney that will take the case? We’ve been trying to find one, but no one would take the case because it’s in Mexico.
We were there July 7-10, 2022 . My husband and I both had fevers for 3 days . Vomiting , severe headache with eye pressure and shortness of breath. We visited the hotel and parks of xcaret. And are still recovering we are not back to health yet. Have a nagging cough and extreme dizziness. How can we all Connect we need to know what happened .
