My friend and I ate at Hudson House on Friday, March 22, 2019. When we sat down, we were informed that all the chefs had quit the day before and as a result, service would be slower than usual. I asked who was cooking the food and one server mentioned it was the oyster shuckers who had never before worked the hot line. I got oysters and scallops, my friend got the red fish. It took 3 hours for our entrees to arrive and I ate 1 scallop that was clearly undercooked. They comped our meal and mentioned that they were comping most meals from the evening since service was so slow. My friend got sick later that night with diarrhea.My symptoms showed up at 4:00am Sunday morning - vomiting, diarrhea and chills. My symptoms are still occurring 8 hours later and I suspect Vibrio bacteria but have not seen a doctor. If it continues through the night, I will see a doctor in the morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
