Last weekend I ordered a rice bowl with spinach leaves, feta cheese, and beef. A few hours later I became very nauseous. Very early in the morning I woke up and the nausea was worse. I immediately went to the bathroom and got sick. Despite eating toast a few hours before everything I threw up was from the restaurant. Ten minutes later I grew nauseous again and vomited again. An hour after that I had severe diarrhea and cramping and was running a fever. My parter I live with was not sick (he didn’t eat the food) The entire weekend I was so sick and couldn’t stop running to the bathroom with explosive diarrhea. I also continuously had a fever between 99.7 and 101.6 for 48 hours along with a severe headache. My partner took care of me and despite being autoimmune compromised due to transplants, he did not come down sick so it wasn’t a stomach bug. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
