- comments: observed the middle exit screen door not rodent/insect proofed. 1/4'-1/2' gaps noted at the sides and bottom of door. Instructed pic to rodent/insect proof door or keep the outer door closed at all times.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: found rodent activity on premises. Observed 80 or more rat droppings in kitchen area along the walls, under storage shelves and cooking equipment in kitchen. Instructed pic to remove all droppings, clean/sanitize all areas and have pest control company service prior to reinspection next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: observed the employees in the food and dish washing area not wearing a hair restraint. Instructed pic to have all employees wear a hair restraint. Maintain same.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed the trash receptacle in the women's and unisex toilet has no lid. Instructed pic to provide trash receptacles with lids to both toilet rooms and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed a missing coving tile behind the door in the women's toilet room. Instructed pic to replace tile and maintain.

- comments: observed the core violations from report #2581148 dated 09/01/2023 not corrected and/or maintained. Instructed pic to correct and maintain: -#49-instructed to clean the interior bottom of the fryers to remove grease. -#55-instructed to clean and maintain the following: floors under around and behind cooking and other equipment in the kitchen, clean ceiling vents in kitchen to remove dust and vent fan on washroom ceiling to remove dust observed. -#56-instructed to clean the vents in the hooded system above cooking equipment. -#57-no food handler certificates as required; instructed that all food handlers must obtain the requird food handler training. -#58-no food allergen training certificates on premises for the food service managers; instructed that all food service managers must obtain the required food allergen training. Priority foundation 7-42-090 violation citation issued
