- comments: observed cold tcs foods in walk-in cooler at improper temperatures:chicken 79. 1f, lamb 56. 5f ,curry goat 63. 5f. , and chicken wings 65. 4f priority violation 7-38-005. Disposed of 30pounds tcs foods. Value 300 dollars. Must maintain cold food at 41f or lower. Citation issued.

33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed walk-in cooler not maintaining proper temperature 65. 8f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Instructed manager to repair and maintain walk-in cooler at 41f or below. Walk-in cooler is tagged held for inspection and must not be used until reinspected by chicago department of health. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no thermometer in the walk-in cooler. Instructed to provide thermometers in all cold and hot holding units.

- comments: observed plastic grocery bags being used to store food items in walk-in cooler located in rear prep area. Instructed to use food grade bags or containers to store food items.
