- comments: 3-307. 11--- missing splash guard on the left side of the j parker cooks line hand washing sink. Instructed to replace.
45. Single-use/single-service articles: properly stored & used
- comments: 4-903. 11(a;c)--- all to go cups in the stairwell storage area leading to the basement prep from elaine's and in the rear basement storage room near the rear walk-in cooler must be elevated from the floors.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-201. 11---blackened, moldy wall caulking at the three compartment at the j parker dish area. Instructed to replace. ----floors in the following areas with dirt, debris and moist organic material: at elaine's coffee under sinks and espresso machine area. At the dish and mop sink area upstairs at j parker and throughout the both j parker bars. Floor drains at all areas. Under j parkers cooks line coolers and cooking equipment. Instructed to clean and maintain. ----noted large open gaps, missing grout between floor tiles throughout the j parker covered outdoor bar and the covered outdoor dining room. Must seal to prevent food and liquid debris and to be smooth and cleanable. : 6-501. 114--- dirty unused oven in the rear basement prep must be removed to prevent pest harboring. : 6-201. 13--- missing baseboard coving along the wall entrance to the basement prep area. Instructed to replace.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: : 6-202. 11--- missing and damaged light shields throughout the j parker dish area. Instructed to replace.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: previous priority foundation violation from 1-14-26 report 2629723 not corrected. 38- still observed numerous fly activity in the following areas: approximately 9-14 flies in elaine's coffee area, 15-20 flies in the j parker dish area and 15-20 in both j parker bars. Pest control co. Did not service the establishment. Recommend having the pest control co. Service areas for flies and instructed to eliminate all fly activity.
