Food Safety Report: Jason's Deli, Northeast Interstate 410 Loop, San Antonio, TX, USA.

For lunch, I had a tuna salad on wheat, with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese with chips and water. The sandwich was fine at first, but about halfway through the second half the flavor changed and got a kind of spicy tang to it. I looked at the sandwich and the tomato slice was pretty green so I pulled that off and finished the sandwich. It still tasted a bit off, but not as bad. I wrapped up with a cup of vanilla soft serve, which tasted perfectly fine.

By the end of the work day my stomach was starting to hurt. I thought it was maybe just hunger pains, but it got worse. By 7pm I was on the toilet every 20 minutes or so. I felt nauseous but it took until around 9pm to start vomiting. Both continued well into the night. I was able to start keeping water down around 4am but the diarrhea is still persistent as of this writing at 8:45am the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
