Closure Date: 12-11-2020Unsanitary conditions. San Bernardino County closes restaurants for scoring below 70. The inspector visited in response to a complaint about conditions in the kitchen and found four critical violations. There were two live roaches near a food-prep table, fresh and old rodent droppings in a cabinet and about 20 flies in the kitchen, one of which landed on a container of cheese. Multiple containers of refrigerated food were at unsafe temperatures. They were in a refrigerator that also contained some moldy fried fish. The restaurant wasn’t keeping track of how long it was leaving food out at room temperature. Among the 13 lesser violations, the walk-in cooler door wouldn’t close properly, frozen meat was being thawed in a bucket on the floor under a sink, and the stove, grill, refrigerators, other equipment, walls and shelving were excessively dirty. This restaurant has received a B or lower on all five graded inspections in the past two years.
