- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand washing sink in prep and washroom areas. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at al hand washing sinks.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage dumpsters overflowing with trash and lids not tight-fitting. Instructed manager to remove excess trash and make sure lids are tight-fitting priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed damaged and missing baseboards along walls in washroom and storage, areas, damaged floor tiles and missing grout on floor tiles in prep and dish washing areas. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed the ventilation hood above the grill with severe dust/ charcoal build up on the entire ventilation hood. Instructed to clean the ventilation hood more frequently and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2623038 on 8-28-25:55-observed excessive clutter, unused equipment and articles in prep, storage, and outside areas. Instructed manager to remove all unnecessary items to prevent pest harborage. 57-observed missing food handler training. All employees must provide food handler training. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
