- comments: visible and working thermometer needed at the sushi front display cooler. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed items stored on floor in front display area and rear food storage areas. Must elevate items 6 inches off floor and maintain.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed grease and food debris on the exterior of cooking equipment in rear hot food preparation area. Must clean and maintain.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed toilet in the unisex customers washroom located on the north side of the business not functioning properly. Observed toilet overflowing with fecal matter and strong smell coming from toilet. Instructed to repair and maintained. Plumber on site toilet has been repaired by the end of the inspection. Citation issued. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed several water damaged and missing ceiling tiles above food display shelving, dairy cooler and 2-door tall freezers in rear display area. Must repair/replace. Must regrout floor tiles behind front meat case and front food preparation area. Must repair/maintain at all times. Observed dirt and food debris inside walk-in meat cooler. Must clean and maintain.
