- comments: observed missing thermometer inside deli two door prep cooler near walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to provide thermometers in all coolers and maintain.

- comments: observed bulk seasonings not labeled in deli chicken prep area. Instructed manager to label all bulk seasonings with common name of food.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed food items stored on floor inside walk-in coolers and freezers in deli, bakery, produce and meat prep areas. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep tables in deli prep area. Instructed manager to store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution between uses.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed missing fan cover inside rear pre-pack walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.

- comments: observed grease buildup on interior surfaces and shelving of chicken hot holding unit, food spills and debris on prep tables, prep coolers, and rolling carts in deli, cutting boards and prep tables in meat prep area, shelves in dairy display coolers, and shelves inside milk walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed right sink slow draining in second floor staff women washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in first stall customer women washroom. Instructed manager to replace and maintain.

- comments: observed food debris and spills on floors inside walk-in coolers, under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in deli, produce, bakery and meat prep areas. Observed dust buildup on ceiling vents in deli. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
