- comments: observed approx. 100 mouse droppings located in the corner of the dry storage area, liquor storage room, break room and computer closet in the front hallway. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed a 1/2' gap between the floor and wall in the break room. Management instructed to seal the gaps between the floor and wall to prevent pest harborage conditions.
