- comments: observed interior nonfood-contact surfaces of ice machine to be soiled with dust debris and other soils. Instructed to clean interior food- and nonfood-contact surfaces of ice machine to prevent build up of dust debris and other soils and maintain.

- comments: observed soiled plastic wrap used to anchor table leg at the front service counter preparation table. Instructed to remove soiled plastic wrap and maintain all nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment smooth and easily-cleanable.
