On Monday April 9th about 6, 630 p.m. I went to Joe's restaurant at 7050 Bramalea Road and I bought a turkey sandwich turkey cold cuts meat lettuce and tomato on brown bread with butter and a medium tea with just milk no sugar. About 8:30 9 that night that's when everything hit me like a ton of bricks diarrhea headache nausea not so much vomiting but the diarrhea nausea give me a bit of fever and I couldn't go to work for 3 days still have diarrhea today. April 12th, I did not had anything to eat after that cuz I don't eat late at night came home had a shower and I went to bed about 10 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
