- comments: observed an approximate 1/4" gap at the bottom of the rear exit door and the front entrance door. Instructed to provide and maintain a tight seal to prevent entry point for pest.

- comments: observed 10 mice droppings scattered on the dry storage shelving in the rear, 15 mice droppings scattered on the floor along the front pop storage cooler and 10 mice droppings on the window seal. Instructed manager to detail clean affected areas and call p. C for service. Priority foundation ciation issued #7-38-020(a).

- comments: must clean the interior of the all coolers and freezers to remove spills and debris. Also defrost reach in freezers to remove ice build up. Clean all storage shevling,counter tops and exterior of heavy equipment to remove food splatter.

- comments: must detail clean floors through out premises especially along the wall base and in corners, under all storage rack/shelving to remove spill,grease and debris.
