- comments: observed no hot water provided at the exposed hand washing sink and 3 compartment sink behind the bar area and the 2 washrooms behind the bar area on the north side of the restaurant. Management instructed to provide adequate hot water throughout the premises (0ver 100f at all hand washing sinks and over 110f at all 3 compartment sinks). Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: the exposed hand washing sink in the rear prep area near the back exit door is leaking at the drain line. Must repair the leak.

- comments: replace the broken floor tiles in front of the ice machine and exposed hand washing sink behind the counter.
