- comments: no valid city of chicago certified manager on duty/site while tcs foods are being prepared, handled and served such as turkey tips and ground turkey for tacos. Instructed manager to provide a maintain a valid city of chicago certified manager on site/duty at all times. Priority foundation citation issued #7-38-012.

- comments: instructed manager to label bulk storage containers with products name.

- comments: observed cutting board with deep dark seems. Must replace and maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and maintain the following: exterior surfaces of all cooking equipment, interior bottom of fryers to remove grease, interiors of all refrigeration units, prep tables and storage shelving.
