- comments: observed self service table at dining room with ready to eat foods- hot rice, meats, etc. Not protected, no sneeze guard. Instructed manager must provide sneeze guard/protective barrier to cover ready to eat foods at self service dining room table by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

- comments: observed some food handlers not wearing hair restraints. Instructed manager all food handlers must wear effective hair restraints.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: prep area 3-door reach in produce cooler rubber door gaskets ripped. Instructed manager must repair/replace all damaged door rubber gaskets inside said cooler.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed establishment using milk crates to elevate soda/water from floor on dining room floor outside of washroom. Must not use milk crates to elevate items off floor.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed one missing ventilation hood filter above grill. Must provide addition ventilation hood filter and maintain.
