Report date: Sep 19, 202538. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 35 live flies scattered on the walls, ceiling, and boxes in the rear pop syrup storage room. Also noted 25 live flies in the paper good storage room on shelving and ceiling. Instructed manager to remove flies and detail clean all affected areas, also call pest control for service. Priority foundation citation issued #7-28-020(a).

- comments: must detail clean the exterior of the walk-in cooler doors, storage shelving underneath the prep/hot holding station, shelving inside the walk-in cooler. Must remove food debris, spills and/or grease.

- comments: observed a hole in the ceiling in the utility closet in the dining area. Must repair and maintain.
